Domestic delivery
We ship every order through Toll Priority Secure, an insured, signature-on-receipt service for high-value parcels. Delivery within metropolitan Australia is typically 1–3 business days from despatch; regional and remote postcodes take 3–5.
Shipping is included on every quote. There is no surcharge, no fuel levy, no “handling fee” — the price you sign off is the price you pay.
You’ll receive a tracking link the morning your ring leaves the studio. If you need a delivery to a workplace, a hotel, or a particular date, just let us know on the final phone call before despatch and we’ll arrange it.
Need it for a specific date? Tell us when you submit your design. We’ll be straight with you about whether the timeline allows it, and if it doesn’t, we’ll suggest a placeholder option.
What’s in the parcel
Every ring is delivered in a hand-finished wooden box, with:
- The IGI or GIA certificate for the centre stone
- Your original sketches, on the original paper
- An itemised invoice and price breakdown
- An insurance valuation, valid for 12 months
- A polishing cloth and small care card
International
We currently ship to New Zealand on request, through DHL Express with full insurance. Delivery is typically 3–5 business days from despatch; duties and GST are calculated transparently up front.
For other countries please email us — we can usually arrange specialist freight, but timelines and duties vary.
If something goes wrong
The parcel is insured for full value from the moment it leaves our studio until you sign for it. If the courier loses or damages it, we re-make the ring at no charge and chase the carrier ourselves. That’s the whole point of using an insured service.
