What we want to know
- What worked. Which step felt the most reassuring. Which decision you wish you’d made differently. What you ended up loving most about the ring.
- What didn’t. Where we lost you. What we should have explained earlier. What another studio did better.
- What we should change. Process changes, copy changes, things on the website that confused you. Be specific — we will fix it.
