What we’re here for
- Starting a custom ring — build it in the designer for a live price estimate, or email us if you’d like to write rather than fill in a form.
- An existing order — email with the name on your order and we’ll send a status update, usually within the hour.
- Aftercare — resizing, servicing, polishing, prong-checks. All free, all by post.
- Anything else — heirloom redesigns, wedding bands, repairs to rings we didn’t make. We do all of it.
The fastest reply is by email. We don’t check phone messages outside contact hours, but emails get a read within minutes if either of us is at a desk.
