|---|---|---|
| 01 · Sketching | Hand-drawing three directions based on your design submission. | 10–14 days |

| 04 · Making | Casting, setting, and hand-finishing by our workshop. | 6–8 weeks |
| 05 · Quality check | Final inspection in our Brisbane studio. | 2–3 days |
| 06 · Despatch | Insured courier to your door with tracking. | 1–5 days |
How to check on your order
The simplest way is to email us with the name on your order — we’ll reply with the current stage and an updated estimated despatch date, usually within an hour during business hours.
If you’d prefer to talk it through, ring the studio on 1300 977 619 during contact hours.
Milestone photos. At stages 04 and 05 we send a photo of your ring in progress — a cast in the rough, a polished band before setting, the stone on the day it’s mounted. It’s part of the reassurance, not the marketing.
If your timeline changes
If a date moves on your end (or ours), tell us as early as you can. We can usually accelerate by a week or two if pushed, by parallelising the wax and the stone. Beyond that the workshop schedule is fixed, and hurrying is exactly the wrong word for a ring that’s meant to last fifty years.
